Top Score for Rob Pinny

Ray White Commercial Tauranga’s Rob Pinny has received a perfect score from a customer survey following his sale of a retail property in Tauranga.

The property in Pyes Pa was sold for $1.26 million and the result prompted owners Roger and Anita Kesseler of Atina Investments Ltd to give Rob Pinny a 10 out of 10 score in a Ray White customer satisfaction survey.

As part of the Ray White customer experience strategy, feedback is sought from clients in an email survey and agents are given a net promoter score (NPS).

The NPS is a simple metric that represents how likely a client would be to refer the agent to other people with a 10 the highest score possible and an indication the customer would be highly likely to recommend the agent.

“The customer satisfaction program is about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and measuring how well we are servicing our customers,” said Ray White Director and CEO Dan White.

“We are using the program as a part of our Ray White customer experience strategy because we know that great customer service is intrinsic to business growth and profitability.”

In their glowing report, Mr and Mrs Kesseler wrote: “From our first contact with Rob we found him to be very approachable, professional and honest.

“Nothing was a problem for Rob, even in dealing with our solicitor who was being more than pedantic on some issues with the purchase.

“We would not hesitate to use or recommend Rob’s services in any future Real Estate transaction. We wish Rob all the best for the future.”
